Villa 5 (5 villas ): Situated on a 1-acre land parcel, Villa 5 features 5 rooms with attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom, a swimming pool, and a garden. The villa has 4 rooms on the 1st floor and 1 room on the ground floor with a dining room and a play zone. Villa 5 can accommodate a minimum of 10 pax and a maximum of 15 pax.

Villa 4 (4 villas): Situated on a 0.5-acre land parcel, Villa 4 features 4 rooms with attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom, a separate dining area, a swimming pool, and a garden. The villa has 2 cottages with 2 rooms each and a separate dining room near the cottages. Villa 4 can accommodate a minimum of 8 pax and a maximum of 16 pax.
